Volcano & Water Rocket School Competition

Last week, our group join the water rocket and  volcano competition but we still did not get the result.

School Camping 2014

My school is SMK Matunggong, Kudat. It is located in rural area. Our school having camp for Unit Beruniform(UB) on 7th until 9th of February.
Our school's Unit Beruniform:
1.scout (Pengakap)
2.red cresent (BBSM)  
3.girl scout (Pandu Puteri) 
4.young cadet school (Kadet Remaja Sekolah-KRS) 
5.Puteri Islam (I don't know what is the English.-PPIM But puteri is princess and Islam is Muslim- I think it is Muslim scout)
6. knit cadet association Malaysia (Persatuan Kadet Bersatu Malaysia-PKBM)
I am a member of PKBM. PKBM is like a branch of army for youth. I never imagine I choose this UB. I am a fasilitator for this year camp. There are 10 choosen students for camp's fasilitator. (Canisius[our head of fasilitator], Abel, Edly, Ellrond, Amirul Mohd. Sufi, Ferah, Mimi, Syafiqa, viayun and me)

1. First day {7th February-Friday}

       First activity was cooking competition.

Edna(BBSM) ,Mimi(Puteri Islam), me(PKBM) and Viayun(scout).

During night, the programmes were 'talk from red cresent' and 'night hike'(Kembara Malam).

 I am in the 2 group for the 'night hike'. There 12 groups. We need to walk in forest for two hours. The group 10 was lost that night but they managed to get out from the forest. It was scary..haha..But I will not forget that moment. The night hike started from 11.30 am until 1.30 am.

       After that also, some of fasilitator must not sleep to take care of the camp until 4.00 am. So, Viayun, Abel and I did not sleep that night.huh!very sleepy.. When it was 4.00 am, Mimi and Syafiqa will take the turn. Pity of them. While, Ferah, Canisius, Ellrond, Edly and Amirul sleep because they will organise the aerobics next morning.

2. Second Day(8th February)
    In morning, they will having aerobics with the fasilitator. While, Viayun and I over sleep until 9.00 am..haha..Luckily, we are fasilitator. :P I don't know about Abel. On 6.00 until 10.00 am, they had a Cawat Disipline (Disiplin Kawat).

      Next, their activity were making gadgets and survival cooking(only six members of each UB). For sure, Scout team will win both activities.

As what you see, gadgets were using for putting all of your glasses, plates and many more include the gate.

While the 'survival cooking', they were give a packet of flour, 10 stick of match(that all I remember):

         And the climax activity was 'barriers commander' (halangan komander). There were 9 activities that you must do. Some of the activities were(I forgot the name of activities);

The most teribble. Smelly and dirty.

       

         At night, we were having 'cultural night' (Malam kebudayaan). I don't have any pictures. I will post it when I get it from my friends. Please wait. :D

Fire Camp

         We also have secret activity(the participant did not know about this). When it is 2.00 am, they need to wake up. We must brought them walking around with their eyes closed and hide a choosen participant.. Some of them think, the participant was lost..haha.. Of course, it was not.

3. Last Day. (9th February)

       This morning was Abel, Viayun and I turn to organise the aerobics. Luckily, the others help us doing this. huh! They will having Cawat Competition.

How to make French Toast.

I ever tried this and it is really delicious. Try this!

Ingredients:
2 eggs
half glass of milk 
a tablespoon of sugar
some breads

Steps:
1. Break 2 eggs into a bowl.
2. Add in half glass of milk and a tablespoon of sugar.
3. Beat the mixture with a fork.
4. Cut slice of bread into triangles.
5. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
6. Dip the bread in the egg mixture.
7. Fry the bread until golden brown.
8. Turn over and fry the other side of the bread.
Dish up and serve it hot. It is best taken with a hot drink of coffea or tea.

How to make milk shake. ^^

You just need this ingredients:
2 scoop of ice cream
A glass of cold milk

Steps
1. Blend ice cream and milk.
2. Serve cold.

Enjoy your milk shake!

How to make Trutti-Fruitti Drink :))

Hello everyone!
I want to tell you how to make it. Actually, it is really simple.

Ingredient
120 ml vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 mango juice
1 banana
1/2 cup of crushed ice 0r ice cream

Step
Mix all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Pour into a tall glass.

That's all.
